What is @techcoachjoyce?
During my time off work, I took on more mentorship and found more and more people I wanted to connect with, share experience with, and provide support to. Around the same time, I took accredited coaching courses out of curiosity and ended up really liking the frameworks and tools they taught. I always thought of coaching as a form of mentorship, but I realized it was much more. I love being able to pull between my experiences as a coach and as a mentor to meet people where they were and provide support.
My mission is to help people navigate their careers in the tech industry with confidence and excitement. Through my 1-on-1 coaching/mentoring I can reach individuals at a deeper level, but I also want to provide support to those I may not have the fortune of sitting down with. That’s when I decided to start @techcoachjoyce!
